Terms of Service

By accessing or using YoRIDE ("the App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

YoRIDE is a car enthusiast platform that provides vehicle specification lookups, maintenance logging, garage management, and a community social feed. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When you post content (photos, videos, captions, comments, questions) on YoRIDE:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant YoRIDE a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the Service
• You are solely responsible for the content you post
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, sexually explicit, or unrelated to automotive topics

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to ban users who repeatedly violate our community standards. Posts flagged by multiple users as non-car-related may be automatically removed.

Vehicle specifications and maintenance data provided by the App may be generated or supplemented by AI. While we strive for accuracy:

• Always verify critical specs with your vehicle's official owner's manual or a certified mechanic
• YoRIDE is not liable for errors in AI-generated or third-party vehicle data
• Maintenance reminders are informational only and do not constitute professional mechanical advice

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post spam, advertising, or irrelevant content
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise our systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

YoRIDE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on vehicle data or maintenance recommendations.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
